Prescription Eye Glasses
The Washington Lions Club is committed to our motto
"WE SERVE"
The Club will pay for an examination and a pair of prescription eye
glasses.
For any child or adult that has "special needs" and/or meets certain
financial income levels.
This program is limited to residents in the Washington MO. geographic
area.
The Club has paid for over 40 prescription eye glasses in the past 12
months.

information.
Preapproval for assistance is a requirement.
